At Fresh Drobe, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued for items that are returned in their original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Packaged in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label included.
- Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery (as shown by the tracking information) and returned within 7 days of approval.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Items that do not meet return criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied a refund entirely.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will process a refund or replacement promptly.
