Refund Policy

At Fresh Drobe, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued for items that are returned in their original condition:
    • Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
    • Packaged in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label included.
  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery (as shown by the tracking information) and returned within 7 days of approval.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome via email.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet return criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied a refund entirely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will process a refund or replacement promptly.
