We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including:

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • P.O. Boxes

2. Free Shipping Policy

Fresh Drobe now offers free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value, across the entire United States.

This free shipping policy includes all U.S. states, territories, military addresses, and P.O. Boxes.

This policy is currently in effect and will remain active until further notice.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

No shipping fees apply to U.S. orders at this time.

Standard Shipping (U.S. Products)

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days for U.S.-based products.
  • Shipping Costs: Free

Standard Shipping (Overseas Products)

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout (applies only to international deliveries outside the U.S.)

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

5. Split Package Orders

If your order contains items from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages. Free shipping still applies to all packages sent to U.S. addresses.

6. Additional Shipping Terms

  • Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Fresh Drobe is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
