We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including:

• U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands)
• Military addresses (APO/FPO)
• P.O. Boxes

2. Free Shipping Policy

Fresh Drobe offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts). For orders below $100, standard shipping fees will apply based on the total order weight.

Free Shipping: Applies only to standard shipping for orders within the United States.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated based on weight, in accordance with our supplier's rates:

Standard Shipping (U.S. Products)

• Delivery Time: 2–5 business days for U.S.-based products.
• Shipping Costs:
  • Up to 0.6 lb.: $3.99
  • Up to 1 lb.: $5.99
  • Up to 5 lb.: $9.99
  • Above 5 lb.: $14.99

Standard Shipping (Overseas Products)

• Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

5. Split Package Orders

If your order contains items from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages. The free shipping threshold applies to the total order value, not individual packages.

6. Additional Shipping Terms

• Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Incorrect Addresses: Fresh Drobe is not responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds
