At Fresh Drobe, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you need to make a return, please review our return policy carefully:

Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers

Fresh Drobe accepts returns of unworn clothing items with their original tags and clear garment packaging that includes the SKU label. Exchanges are not accepted.

Return Requests

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. (The return window starts on the day the tracking status shows "delivered.") Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.

Split Package Orders

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Non-Compliant Returns

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.

Additional Return Information

• Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
• Processing Time: Please allow Fresh Drobe 5–7 business days from the date we receive your returned package to process the return.
• Return Confirmation: Fresh Drobe will notify you via email once your return has been processed and confirm the outcome.
